Seeking for a position of Quality engineer

Dear Sir or Madam,
It is with great
enthusiasm that I submit my application fora position of quality engineer. As
food engineer with a double formation in business and product development, I know
my diverse skills and qualifications will make me able to complete the missions
that will be conferred to me.
As you will see from
the attached resume, I thrived in an environment where I had to take courses at
the same time as I worked hard to successfully complete a competitive process. The ability to thrive on two levels enables me to develop
organizational skills, priority setting and problem solving ability. During my engineer course, I developped strong knowledge in food safety, quality and risks assessment (HACCP, ISO, 8D,...). Thus, I have begun my career
in a variety of roles in Quality management; mostly during my last internship
at Mondelez France Biscuit by carrying a change project. Objectives was to
simplify and computerize quality
self-checks. As a project manager, I collaborated with employees and lead them
to change. That implied me to use communication skills, food safety knowledge
and handle change management. Moreover I
sincerely enjoy the extra workload associated with such projects.
In addition to being curious, responsible and strong-willed,
I am willing to work in a multicultural and fast-pace environment as
demonstrated during one of my recent projects involved completing a research
internship in Australia. During that internship, I managed a research project
by creating all the experimental design to answer to the subject that the
University gave to me; I performed the experiments and trained others
scientists at the end, who were able to perfectly reproduce them after I was
gone.
